My SO and I have been dating for 6 years. He is super nerdy, as am I. The problem is that because he makes a decent amount of money at his job, if he wants something, he will just buy it for himself. He doesn't play video games, doesn't have a lot of friends, and his hobbies include reading books (technical ones for work) and occasionally playing D&D. We've gone out to dinner pretty much everywhere local, I've given him a voucher for flying lessons, he has more gadgets and gizmos that he needs. He hates electronic books, doesn't listen to music...
