I have no idea what gifts to get my sister for her 19th birthday. The only thing I've come up with is a Pumpkin spice candle which suits this month. My budget is $200 and I would rather give her multiple gifts rather than just one equaling out to 200 or even more. Any suggestions besides clothes and technology?
