Weird title, but not sure how to put it.So my fiance is a huge Kingdom Hearts fan, and I got him the delux edition of 3 about a week after it came out.The entire year before that was him raving and ranting about it, it was adorable. He'd spend hours just talking about the characters, since I was a bit out of the loop on it. He went through all the games. 1.5, 2.5, 2.8 all of them. He got the secrets, he got the achivments, he got everything ready for 3. We'd talk about it, listen to the music, and our son become a Kingdom Hearts baby really quick. The day that game came in, he was so happy and excited. He was jumping up and down, hugged me so tight, and could not stop smiling for days. He played for like 3 weeks straight to finish the game. I watched him play, like I did with all the others. But that joy was something I loved seeing on him.I kinda miss it. The excitment building up to it, the pure joy from just seeing the box, and how happy he was for weeks. I loved it.Anyone else love and miss when they get a long awaited gift for someone? Just because of how happy it made them? via /r/Gifts https://www.reddit.com/r/Gifts/comments/espa9b/ever_miss_the_excitmemt_before_giving_a_gift/?utm_source=ifttt
