So my 2 roommates and I, who I’m friends with both of them, are leasing a house starting next June and we intend to keep it for 2 years. I really like the house and I’m willing to take a small bedroom, 1/2 the size of one and 1/4 the size of another because I love the house. With this comes with some perks to help even it out and I’m wondering what I should ask my roommates for that isn’t just less rent? We’re all turning 21 by September of 2021 and the oldest is already 21.
